Quarantined

We know the reason for the high white blood cell count. Lori has developed a resistance to the antibotics treating the pseudomonus infection. Before we enter the room, we get to dress up like a doctor wearing a mask, gown, and gloves. This is too much fun!!

Today:
  • Trip outside is planned
  • Feeding through the stomach tube is a go

Tomorrow:

  • A CT scan of the lungs and abdomen

Thanks!

Oh goodness. She's a stubborn one.

Glad to hear that a trip outside is on the agenda. The feeding tube throught the stomach is a good progress too, right?

Cant stop thinking about all of you!

The trips outside have got to help. Sorry about the resistance to the antibiotics but considering what they have pumped into her is really not a surprise. Johnny, after this you should be qualified to work on "House." We love you. Any contact with another family member or friend begins, "What's the word on Lori today?" Myra and Donnie

Lori and family,
I am sending thoughts and prayers your way from France. Next week I am going to Lourdes and will say a special prayer there for all of you. Keep fighting, Lori!
