Adjusting to Shepherd
- Off the ventilator and talked a little bit for a few hours this morning. Repiratory docs feel things are good.
- able to drink fluids she wants during the day.
- able to eat some food to supplement what she is getting from stomach tube
- monitoring 2 areas of skin breakdown (pressure sores) on her backside

Soooo glad that Lori is back at Sheperd and able to be off the ventilator and to talk a little too. Praise the Lord for every good day that she can have.

Must feel so nice to actually be able to drink something of your choice. Yoo-hoo! So are we doing surgery for the sores? Oh goodness. Keep spirits high!!! Thinking about you and cant wait for that glass of vino we are gonna have...im going to being asking for all the deets- just like the reporter I should have been (according to you)!
