Hope everyone is doing well out there.

Just wanted to update you with what's going on with me.

Generally, things are better.  Results from my most recent MRI and blood work looked good.   Headaches are better.  My Energy is a little stronger.

Some days are better than others.   On the days when I'm stuggling, I always think about the support you've all given me.  Thank you.

I'm enjoying my time with Max the Cat.

P.S.  Please keep my friend, Leslie White Mills, in your thoughts and prayers.  She is in the hospital after giving a premature birth to her first baby, a boy.
